1. Agreement Overview
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the end user) and Yoctel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. regarding the use of the Video Upload Application (“Application”). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
2. License Grant
Yoctel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for uploading, managing, and submitting educational or permitted content.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and institutional guidelines.
- Upload only videos that you have the legal right to distribute or share.

Ensure that your video does not contain:
- Copyrighted content without permission
- Obscene, abusive, or offensive material
- Third-party branding or watermarks not authorized by Yoctel Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- Follow the naming, format, and metadata guidelines provided by the upload team.
- Report any technical issues or incorrect uploads on the same day they occur.
4. Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant Yoctel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. the rights to store, publish, distribute, and display the content through its platforms or partnered services.
- Yoctel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to remove or modify any uploaded content that violates this Agreement or quality standards.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the Application.
- Use the Application for any commercial activity without prior written consent.
- Share access credentials or allow others to misuse your account.
6. Data & Privacy
- The Application may collect usage data to improve performance and support.
- No personal information is shared with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
Yoctel Solutions Pvt. Ltd may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you:
- Violate any terms in this Agreement
- Upload harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content
- Misuse the platform or interfere with others’ usage
Upon termination, your license will be revoked, and access to the system will be disabled.
8. Limitation of Liability
Yoctel Solutions Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, delays in upload, or issues caused by network failures
9. Amendments
This EULA may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
